Molding of large shapes

Plastic hatches are designed for installation on manholes of underground utility systems located in the pedestrian areas and green spaces, in private households, suburban areas and cottage communication. They are produced according to TS of Ukraine 25.2-36122130-001-2010 developed by Polymergrad LLC in accordance with the requirements of national standard DSTU (State Standards of Ukraine) B V. 2,5-26:2005 (GOST 3634-99) and the European standard EN 124-1994. All hatch performances are rated by Global numbers of commodity heading — GTIN (bar code).

Our company is a direct manufacturer of large polymeric shapes, including hatches. It has its own production capacities and a team of highly qualified specialists.

Advantages of polymeric hatches

Hatches are made of prepared high-strength polymer composition. They are environmentally safe, do not emit harmful substances, easy and durable.

Hatches perfectly harmonize with lawn grass, natural stone (sandstone) and paving slab.

We are ready to offer any color according to customer's requirement – black, green, terracotta, etc.

Upper relief provides excellent grip and eliminates slipping in addition to issues of aesthetics.

Technological developments

Previously existing designs were not protecting from falling small litter along with the water under the hatch and then into the well. The shape of the hatch surface and the hull of our product in the clamping point provide a minimum airspace (less than 2 mm) and protect the well against ingress of moisture and sand.

Due to the groove and a special rib on the cover we have an additional labyrinth sealing. If necessary, extra seal is provided.

Special attention is paid to technology that ensures durability and reliability. In the process of hatches manufacture we use modern technical solutions, which create a compacted surface layer of polymer and which essentially eliminate internal voids and cavities. Additional stiffening ribs reinforce the strength characteristics of the hatch.

Using special coloring agents and UV stabilizers significantly extends the life of our products. The geometry of the upper surface of the hatch was designed by a special program. It allows freely draining of moisture and does not retain dirt and sand, increases durability and minimizes sagging of the cover over time.
